Registering as an instructor and making a contributory payment to the organisation is performed accepting the following conditions:
- Membership and listing can be terminated at any time. There is no guarantee of future service or function.
- You agree to use the materials as given and will not modify or otherwise distribute the materials
- The materials remain the intellectual property of Tunnel Instructor and the right to use these materials can be withdrawn at any time
- You will not sell or otherwise make financial gain from these materials directly.
- You accept that your certificate and rating can be withdrawn at Tunnel Instructor Ltd discretion based on safety and compliance observations.
